[MC-87592] SP coming back from Nether bug

In my survival map, when I join the Nether and then come back, doors/fencegates etc I open are bugging so I cannot get through and I cannot open chests. After re-entering the world it works fine again.

Is this still an issue in 15w44b? If so, please explain the issue in detail and provide steps to reproduce it.
