then you have to aim at the other hand

It jump's to that hand. No matter If I'm clicking on other hand.

then placing it in by hand isn't implemented yet, use 

/replaceitem entity @e[type=ArmorStand,c=1] slot.weapon.offhand ITEM DATAVALUE DATATAG
