[MC-87865] Dissapearing stairs and iron doors

stairs, oak, and iron doors that i place dissapear. makes me waste resources. very annoying. pictures won't help bc the darn things dissapeared.

Does this still happen in 15w36c? Please provide more detailed steps to reproduce.
