Iron Golem attacks peaceful mobs and player for no reason

Basically what the Summary says.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Summon any peaceful mod (other then yourself) (or use a already existing one)
2. Summon Iron Golem (or use a already existing one)
3. Get the snow golem to the sight of the iron golem
Iron Golem attacks the peaceful mob for no reason at all.

confirmed

Spawn two iron golems and they have a fight to the death. The remaining golem will begin taking out the villagers as if they were zombies.

Confirmed in 15w36c

1) Summoned an iron golem in a confined area (in the open or underground is the same)
2) Spawned a few sheeps, horses and villagers in the same area. Nothing happens.
3) Spawned a few zombies. The golem went aggro against the zombies and against passive mobs. It seems to stop when no eligible target is in its range. Not sure if it picks zombies before other mobs or not.

Wedhro, it liked to pick on the snow golems first.

I believe the fix of this bug introduced MC-101325 as regression. MC-101325 was introduced in the fix version of this bug, so given the similar nature of both and the fact that 15w36d did not fix any other bugs that have to do with player reputation in villages, the assumption seems logical.

This happened with me in 1.16.3 or 1.16.4 that an iron golem attacked a villager for no reason
