A comparator connected to a chain command block will not activate when a clear command is run

Cannot reproduce in 15w37a

  • Placed Impluse CB with button

  • Placed Chain CB after Impulse with clear @p command

  • Placed comparator off of the Chain CB

  • Put items into my inventory

  • Pressed button and comparator lit up.

Comparator did not light up when I had no items.

If you're running the Chain CB off of a Repeating CB, I bet you're having the same issue as MC-87915
