[MC-87915] /clear ran in a repeating command block doesn't update the client side inventory in creative mode properly

For some people, gamemode doesn't affect it. Issuing a give command clears properly, but pick-blocking, or grabbing items from a chest show the items in the inventory but you cannot place them.

Ran some tests. Gamemode doesn't seem to affect it. Clear is actually working as far as I can tell. But the item(s) in the inventory still seem to look present. Issuing a give command clears properly, but pick-blocking, or grabbing items from a chest show the items in the inventory but you cannot place them.

It only affects creative for me. Thanks for the info.
