2 bugs report

2 bugs
1.pick block dont work on playerheads if i use pickblock i get normal steave head with a lore that says +nbt but it dont have any nbt
2.enchanting was never so expensive in 1.7 uit was 30 levels in 1.8 it ws 3 lapis lazuli and 3 levels to max enchant it now its 30 levels and 3 lapislazuli
