witch in boat can't throw splash potion. When she try, it splashes on her face.

Since the boat also is entities.

Just for the record; this was an issue until 17w46a, and got fixed in either 17w47a, or 17w47b. Can't say for sure as I don't have access to 17w47a anymore for some reason.
