Boat from dispenser is facing toward the dispenser. It should be facing the same direction as dispenser, not toward them.

Also unable to reproduce in 15w42a, instead like how I said it faces the opposite direction of the dispenser instead of just east.
Maybe incorrect fix for 16w04a
The boat is now facing towards the dispenser and not the same direction as the dispenser

The issue this is linked to (My issue) is indeed somewhat similar but instead of only east, mine face the direction opposite you place it and not just east.
