Boats ignoring Lily Pads. Lily Pads used to have a chance to break when riding over them with boats.

Looks like MC-16435 was fixed.

MC-16435 got fixed, that caused this, they are the complete oposites, I think this is intended for the fix of MC-16435

Boats were made to drop lily pads at one point. They do not anymore, we consider this a bug because no official statement has been made.
