The BeamTarget tag of an EnderCrystal only supports one target, but EnderCrystals can heal multiple EnderDragons at once.
It would not say that this is a suggestion but rather a consistency problem.

I am sorry I messed it up. This is about the fact that an ender crystal can heal mutliple ender dragons, not that an ender dragon can be healed by multiple ender crystals.
