The new "BeamTarget" added in the recent snapshot, applied for the EnderCrystal, beams the opposite way compared to when beaming and regenerating the Dragon. In the Screenshot, the target coordinate is set to the villager's coordinate, and after spawning the Endercrystal by
/summon EnderCrystal ~ ~ ~ {BeamTarget:{X:x,Y:y,Z:z}}
the Dragon was spawned by
/summon EnderDragon ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}

[Mojang] Dinnerbone (Nathan Adams) resolved MC-86295 - The beam is going the other way when selecting the beam target of the EnderCrystal as 'Works As Intended'

This is not intended, tell me what you want but the tag name is BeamTarget
so either the tag name should be changed or the beam should point in the opposite direction
Edit: Or else this whole EnderCrystal-EnderDragon thing is pretty strange (but would explain MC-85709 and MC-87942)
Well, now the beam of the Ender Dragon moves the wrong direction, probably caused by the fix of MC-92344, but otherwise the description seems fine. The cause of the problem is that Ender Dragons target End Crystals, which might be an useful thing to point out.
I added a GIF, 15w49a.gif
.
Confirmed.
