[MC-92344] Beams from end crystals move towards wrong direction when spawning Ender Dragon

When spawning a new ender dragon, the beams of the end crystals by the portal moves towards the portal instead of moving towards the top of the pillars and the center.

What I actually meant for this issue is that the beams MOVE the wrong direction, not that the beams get larger closer to the target. So, by those means this is fixed.
