Since 15w41b I have notices that I can not move while in rideable entities, this includes horses and minecarts, but not boats.

Ahh extent thanks, I was not able find any related to it tho I searched for rideable entities, rather than horses specifically.
both already reported, MC-89924 can't find the one for minecarts right now, but it was reported
