Multiple JVM crashes

Minecraft has a tendency to crash on my system at seemingly random times. Here's the log from the launcher:

#
# A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment:
#
# EXCEPTION_ILLEGAL_INSTRUCTION (0xc000001d) at pc=0x00007ff970e10040, pid=12184, tid=3328

# The crash happened outside the Java Virtual Machine in native code.
# See problematic frame for where to report the bug.

Additionally, the JVM crashes when I exit the game (via the quit button or the system "x" button):

#
# A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment:

I've attached the dump files to this ticket.

Please attach C:\Users\Max\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\hs_err_pid12184.log

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) to this ticket.

Most probably crash in broken Intel graphics card driver. MC-14051

Well that's curious indeed, since I have both an AMD CPU and GPU. Also, the ticket this is supposedly a duplicate of doesn't include anything about an illegal instruction exception, just the access violation.

You didn't attach a forced crash report so that we're need to guess.

I'll do that now, although I did include my graphics card and drivers in the ticket description.

I'm already on the latest version (15.20.1062.1004), as denoted in the ticket.

Yes.
Why can't AMD synchronize the driver version with the packacke version?

Your logs indicate that the JVM is crashing while trying to do OpenGL rendering, which suggests either broken drivers, or some software conflicting with them. Regardless, this is an issue outside of the game, and cannot be dealt with here. I do also note that your logs show Nvidia as well as AMD software installed, which may be posing a conflict.
