[MC-90962] 1.9 bug for frost walker

I was walking and I placed down an anvil and when the ice disappeared so did the anvil
why doesn't the anvil stay?
AND I placed down another anvil and It slid through the ice why?
I placed on diamond frost walker boots walked on the water and it disappeared

it duplicated the anvil and then they disappeared
