[MC-91375] Minecraft wont save chunks that im not on of my world or wouldnt save anythithing

1. I went in 15w43c snapshot
2. made survival world
3. started and made house
4. relogged
5. my house was overgrown by tree that i builded it on and like tree spawned in it and deleted almost whole house

After having this issue: Please attach the complete output of the "Game Output (Your Minecraft name) " which can be found on the fourth tab of the launcher to this ticket.

If the launcher closes after game start, please edit your profile and select "Launcher visibility" then, "Keep the launcher open".
