Shulkers Play Footsteps

Shulkers, when placed sideways, with a block underneath, make a footstep sound when opening and closing their shell.
To replicate, place a shulker sideways on the side of a block, and place a block under it. A simple stone block works best, as footsteps across stone are quite clear. Wood will also work well.

Confirmed not fixed in 15w44b.

I don't how early this started, and these days I'm short on time, so if some-one could find the earliest affected version, thank you.

What about 15w49a?

If this can be reproduced please create a setup of how it was produced.

The code itself clearly states that they do not have footsteps, something else must be going on 🙂
