End Crystals placed at high coordinates are placed with offset

End Crystals placed at coordinates higher than 8388607 (any direction, for instance: x=8388608, z=8388608) have an offset.

This also occurs with the barrier block

Confirmed for 15w47c. There is an offset with Barriers, End Crystals, and Primed TNT.

Barrier offset is a particle offset, which is already described in MC-88330
Also, relates to MC-88330

I can no longer reproduce this in 17w47a.

It appears that this is happening for (Primed) TNT in 18w09a.

I'm re-resolving this as fixed and editing the ticket to be specific to end crystals; use MC-125638 for the TNT issue (which I've marked you as the reporter of). Just doing this so that it's clear that one of these is fixed.
