[MC-94541] Underwater ice

You probably know, if you have frost walker you can turn water into ice temporarily, however, get underneath and BOOM non thawing ice.

Actually this was fixed in 15w51a. Can you still confirm it? Could you attach a video or gif to proof?

Frost walker ice requires light to melt.

Wait.. light? I thought it naturally thawed in about 7-10 seconds?

Yes, but it needs light in order to thaw
