Hello,
The bug I'm describing has been in the last 3 snapshots from what i can tell and causes the server to crash, when zombie pigmen become angry the world starts to lag and eventually causes the server to crash from overload, i checked this in single player and it also gets the lag.
Before the server crashes however you will get lag to the point where the zombies do not move they just kind of blink about to their destination, even falling zombie pigment will freeze mid air for a little while.
I checked with the server members and they also get this.

Pigmen still lag like hell and instead of crashing that option keeps the server on but times you out instead, doesn't happen anywhere but when pigmen are angry... that other topic is just crashing so not sure how this is resolved and a duplicate..
MC-94582 might describe your issue.

I'm noticing a SIGNIFICANT improvement in 16w07a. I hesitate to say the issue is 100% fixed, because it sort of persisted, but after revisiting the chunk with freshly spawned mobs it seemed to be better (I tested this in my AFK gold farm, where the issue occured for me).
MC-94438 fixed lag issues according to the changelog, so my best bet is that it fixed mob AI issues. The description says "Massive Lag in any snapshots post-15w47c", and the earliest version affected was 15w51b. I'm guessing this was one of the things that they targeted.
Will do more testing in 16w07b.
