[MC-9466] It's dark under lava with nightvision effect

In creative, if you go under the lava, it become black and dark, instead of orange.

with nightvision potion it is completely dark

Thinking back now, I did have nightvision potion. Is that intentional that with that potion effect it's dark under lava?

It's only dark under lava at low levels, therefore: Duplicate of MC-4647
