so. teleporting players towards unloaded chunks causes them to become desynced:
-they will be invisible to other players
-they wont feel the effect of any potion effect
-they can still move around
relogging usually fixes the problem
also: if it happens. it usually will happen with every player that teleported around the same time

they are talking about entities(nothing about a player) in the always loaded chunk around spawn becoming invisible under multiple conditions,
Im talking about players becoming invisible and immune to potion effects if you teleport them into unloaded chunks
