[MC-95592] endermen push each other into blocks then suffocate

when too many endermen are in a 1x1 block space, some of them die because they get pushed into the wall and suffocate.

to replicate this, build a fast enderman farm with a 1x1 collection area

Can't reproduce for 1.9; 300 one-health endermen were just fine

Can anyone else confirm fixed ?
