If you have Infinity on your bow and shoot the new Arrows, the Infinity does not work.

Are you sure it is intended? I don't think it is.

Creative is a bug, survival is intended for balancing reasons.

the creative part is MC-93619

in survival/adventure it's intended for balancing reasons (have infinity bow + 1 arrow of healing = infinite health)
