[MC-97547] Bow eating tipped/spectral arrow

Now took a bow, click right key, needn't hold to the max.
Click click click click click click click click.
The tipped/spectral arrows become lower and lower, but I'm not shoot it!
This a blackhole that can eat your tipped/spectral arrows.

My answers for two questions is "Yes".
You can try the same in survival mode.
Just click right key slight.

Can you see any Arrow on the ground from my screenshot?
