Boat paddle shaded incorrectly

The bug

The inwards-facing thin edge of the right paddle on boat models is shaded as if it is on the underside of the paddle rather than the top. This causes it to be darkened. No other part of the model is affected by this issue.

This is definitely not a texture issue, as it can be reproduced with a texture filled completely white.
