Any entity within my view turns my screen black and the entity white. Works on both players and mob, single player and multiplayer, spectral arrows and /effect, happens with and without resource packs.

I am having this problem as well. From versions 1.9 to the latest pre-release. I shoot a mob with a specter arrow and the glow effect causes my screen to go completely black, looking away puts everything back to normal, looking back once again makes the screen go black.
