Rendering glowing effect blacks out screen

Whenever the client has to render anything with the 'glowing' effect, for ex. when shot by spectral arrow, the screen blacks out (like when you have an invalid shader) with the GUI still visible.

Caused by broken Intel graphics drivers

See MC-32606 for instructions to update the drivers, or seek assistance from the Mojang Support Center.
