The world glitches out when I spawn in on single player, realms and servers
What I expected to happen was...:
spawn in and nothing to glitch all over my screen
What actually happened was...:
I spawn in and the blocks are going everywhere
Steps to Reproduce:
1. spawn in and it glitches
2. ... leave and go off mc and come back on then its fixed but if I leave and go onto a different realm or single player world it glitches again

This also happens to me. When I first start up the game it runs fine. If I leave a world and enter a world (whether the one I had just left or a new one) this bug happens. I have to exit Minecraft and then load the game back up from the launcher to clear the bug.
Also, it continues playing the music from the game's home screen over top of the music the game world plays.

Thank you for reporting, but this is a duplicate of MC-62958, which has been closed as "Invalid" since it is caused by outdated video card drivers, not by a bug in the game.
