[MC-98618] The game flashes

The game can't seem to load. It flashes a ton of images. The dogs are missing legs and then it flashes and they're in the sky. Then it went into strobe flashing of everything in minecraft. It hurt to look at.

Started after I tried to create my second 1.9 world. All worlds have become affected by this now. I can't play or look at the screen.

Something similar happend to me only I was able to cause it by my-self. https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-98621.
Did you try to relaunch minecraft btw?

Yeah, I tried relaunching it. Didn't help.

Try to change the version of Minecraft into 1.8.

It should fix it and then relaunch in 1.9 and no more of that flashing should occur, but to be honest it could come back.
