The Bug:
"minecraft.custom:minecraft.aviate_one_cm" doesn't increase when flying with elytra underwater.
Steps to Reproduce:
Create a scoreboard objective for tracking your aviation distance and set it to display on the sidebar by using the commands provided below.
/scoreboard objectives add AviateOneCm minecraft.custom:minecraft.aviate_one_cm
/scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar AviateOneCm
Equip elytra, begin aviating above some water, and take note of how the scoreboard increases as it should be doing.
Enter the water whilst still aviating and watch the scoreboard closely.
Take note as to whether or not "minecraft.custom:minecraft.aviate_one_cm" increases when flying with elytra underwater.
Observed Behavior:
The scoreboard doesn't increase.
Expected Behavior:
The scoreboard would increase.

most likely intended, as the player model doesn't update in water, which is not intended behaviour (MC-97190), and you're not flying so it shouldn't count up

I'm sadly afraid that yes, but MC-97190 allows us for the first time to play with player model, so if only it could be keeped...
