Flying Arrows Have Jerky Movement.

What I expected to happen was:
-I was testing an enchanted bow's range and was expecting to be easily able to watch the arrow's flight path as I was able to in all previous versions of Minecraft. This was done in Creative mode and survival mode.

What actually happened was:
-The arrow's movement through the air appeared very jerky at times, making it appear to be frozen in the air briefly. This occurred when shooting the arrow long distances (straight up namely).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take a bow and arrow(s) (the bow may need to be enchanted)
2. Shoot the arrow with the bow (straight up makes the bug easier to see)
3. Observe the arrow's flight path

This could be caused by MC-94438 (which describes lag issues in 1.9). Does this occur with other entities/projectiles?

Also, the next time you open minecraft, click "Edit Profile" in the launcher and set launcher visibility to "Keep the launcher open"; if arrows glitch again, check if the launcher's game output says anything like the following:

[Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded?

It's been over a year since the question was asked, please respond to the question or attach the files requests and keep the ticket updated.
