Villagers planted the stops of wheat after some happiness

I have noticed that Villagers who cultivated wheat s stopped working after some time. I joind you a map or you Pourre see by yourself the non- labor NPC . you can replace the NPC but it remetra to work but after 3 or 4 hours , he will not want to know anything. I had already considered this posiblility Villagers will stop harvesting once they have enough food. but it changes nothing I put them nourish boyfriend .it does not even replanted after 3 days ( IRL) .
