Minecraft crashes after 3-45 min. depending on chunkloading

Version 1.8-1.9
Minecraft shuts down after 3 - 45 min (depending on chunkloading)
it isn't creating an errorreport and sometimes ist is flickering (showing things behind wals for 0.1 sek. - about 3 times per sec. and the chunkboarders are getting a little bit blue- like the sky)
i have heared that other people have the same problem (everyone with the problem has updated windows to 10 from 7 or 8)
The graphicsystem is also crahing after minecraft did.
It could have somesthing to to with java (after updating it sometimes minecraft works better - sometimes worse)
Minecraft is sometimes crashing ,too, if your're loading a world from a older version or the first time. after 3 tries the world isn't crashing (most times), but it's laggy for 2min. even in a voidworld
