Powered rails are able to power adjacent rails in when they are a sloped rail facing the block another rail is placed on, but can't going the other way around.
Steps to Reproduce:
Replicate the setup shown in this image
Power the rails from the left side
Unpower the rails
Try and power it from the right side
Observed Results:
In the setup shown, the rail will power from the left side, but not the right
Expected Results:
The rails would either consistently power eachother in both cases, or neither of them would power the other in both cases.
(Depending on which is seen as intentional behavior)

I thought that's what the summary described but "Power rails transmit power diagonally upward without connection" should be more correct.
That makes sense. I had taken "other direction" as facing different world directions such as north/east/south/west.
Honestly, the title is very convoluted...
The enviroment is supposed to contain pc details.
