Whenever I open a world, join a server or even just get teleported to the Nether or The End, there is like a slight chance that from that point on, MC will freeze every 2 seconds for about 0.5 seconds. That does not stop after a few minutes, and when I quit the world or server and join back in or load a different world, it still happens. Then I have to restart the game because otherwise, it is unplayable. Really sucks. How to reproduce: I think I've described that good enough already - just join and quit a world or server several times and one time it might happen. Although my friends do not all have this issue.

Operating System: Windows 10 (x86) version 10.0
Memory: 126894584 bytes (121 MB) / 523501568 bytes (499 MB) up to 523501568 bytes (499 MB)
You're out of memory. Increase the memory, see MC-12949 - but you're running Windows 10 as 32 bit (Why?), you cannot assign much more RAM to Minecraft
