[MC-9998] Breaking blocks in Creative can produce particles from blocks behind the broken block

The bug

I noticed that the snow blocks produces some dirt particles when broken.

How to reproduce

Make a block with labeled snow (also works with normal blocks)
Break the block
→ Notice the particles

The dirt particles are from the dirt behind the snow. Even though you click, and only break the snow, your hand still "Contacts" the dirt behind it. If there were iron behind it, you would see iron particles.

Can reproduce in 1.13-pre6. It helps to hold down mouse for slightly longer, but not long enough to actually break the block behind the block broken.
