we were fighting the witch boss and my friend died, whenever i killed the witch he came back to life(idk if it was from winning or leveling up) and whenever we both would die itd still start killing us again as if i never revived him

Hello, I’d like to add to this:
This is footage of the same thing happening, but instead during/after the fight with the Prime Enchanter/his golem, and with four players.
This happened when I joined a random matchmaking server, after quite a bit of grinding bosses (First Copper Monstrosity then Prime Enchanter)
I was not able to recall or record when it started happening specifically, but as the video shows, even after everyone has been revived, and even after everyone DIED, the game still assumed that one of us was still dead, and kept damaging us, this persisted for the entire time until I left the server. I was not able to record footage of it but one of the players seemingly rejoined and the problem still persisted.
Unfortunately, when I try to comment with videos, it wouldn’t comment, but in accords with bug reporting guidelines, I will not make a separate report for the same problem otherwise allowed to
