I am being killed for not reviving, when there is no one to revive.

I was downed in a boss fight, and instead of reviving me, my friend killed the boss because it was low. When he did that, I was revived, but the hud still said we had a player down, and needed to revive. When the time was up, we both started taking damage, and ended in a death loop.
