[MCL-14119] Impossible to uninstall / repair / install Launcher

The game does not allow me to uninstall / repair or install any version of the game. I am met with a message saying "This installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2318."

I have also manually removed all Dungeon files yet it persists. I owned the beta beforehand and wanted to uninstall that before downloading the fresh version off of the download page.

I used a program called "IObit Uninstaller" to uninstall the launcher, but the problem still persists when trying to reinstall the game.

Hi, we have seen a similar incident resulting in the same error code, so I can confirm this. However, looking at how few people are experiencing this issue, we probably won't spend much time on this anytime soon.
