[MCL-15] Launcher Does not Auto-Update

I currently have the launcher v0.2 (Dev) and I noticed that v0.3 has been released but mine did not update. Upon further investigation I found that my friends who have 0.2 also did not update to 0.3. Even though the launcher is supposed to auto-update, it appears to not be unless I am missing something here.

The exe doesn't update, the internals do.

OK, so what your saying is that it will still say 0.2 dev at the top but will really be 0.3?

Nope, that will update. The file you double click won't.
