My Minecraft on Windows 10 triggered for an update. So I clicked on update and let it update my Minecraft but now there is no sign in or world to click there is only the background. It was showing this symbol in very tiny print " ---<" and still does even after a reset of the app.
HELP!
My family and I play this together.

I will get you a screen shot, all that shows is the background. There is nothing to click on.
I have also gone through looking for driver updates, windows updates, and downloading them if there were any. I also tried deleting and reinstalling Minecraft. None of it worked.

Excuse me it has to do with the Minecraft Launcher which is what I chose when filing this. It was the update that was put out that messed it up which makes it a bug created by the update. Which led me to getting assistance from you.
Now you're saying I have to start over and give me a list that AGAIN has the Minecraft Launcher as an option. If I was as tech savvy as you I wouldn't need to ask for assistance but obviously I'm not. Soooooo if it isn't the launcher like I originally filed under what is it so I don't waste someone else's time or anymore of my own trying to get this resolved?

What you have is Minecraft (Bedrock) for Windows 10, which is MCPE.
If you are on an AMD device MCPE-109870 is correct, watch that issue for updates and potential workarounds.
