I have this issue as well - just the background image of the world/hive but no buttons or login. I have updated drivers and windows where needed, as well as uninstall and reinstall the app. None of it has worked.

I even went to try the graphics work around but that doesn't and won't work for me. My graphics card is ASUS A7 250X series. This was also set as the default. My Minecraft version 1.16.20002.0

I purchased this game barely a month ago for me and my grand kids, not to mention all the coins for additional worlds, skins, and mash-ups. Are you people going to fix this before Christmas or not? If not, how do I go about getting a refund for everything?

I find it odd that when other companies make a foo paw of this caliber with one of their products, it takes them no time at all to fix it and push it out to their customers. And if it is going to take a little time they at least make their customers aware of it and compensate them. 

I have the same issue. Just getting the background but no login or buttons. It started right after allowing the update for Minecraft to download.

I have also gone through looking for driver updates, windows updates, and downloading them if there were any. I also tried deleting and reinstalling Minecraft. None of it worked.

Excuse me it has to do with the Minecraft Launcher which is what I chose when filing this. It was the update that was put out that messed it up which makes it a bug created by the update. Which led me to getting assistance from you. 

Now you're saying I have to start over and give me a list that AGAIN has the Minecraft Launcher as an option. If I was as tech savvy as you I wouldn't need to ask for assistance but obviously I'm not. Soooooo if it isn't the launcher like I originally filed under what is it so I don't waste someone else's time or anymore of my own trying to get this resolved?

I will get you a screen shot, all that shows is the background. There is nothing to click on.
