When navigating to the Patch Notes page of the launcher, the snapshot 20w09a will not appear. It will go from Snapshot 20w08a to 20w09b. Because this snapshot is not the latest snapshot, or a snapshot of some importance, I understand if the issue is not fixed.

It seems fine to me. Given the patch issues you report, I am beginning to think you might actually have some connection issue, or your launcher is acting up. Try reinstalling Minecraft Launcher to see if it helps. If not try making a report with reproduction steps so that others can try reproducing it.

There was no snapshot last week. 21w08a/b then 21w10a is correct.
