When I go to the "Play" tab of the Minecraft Launcher, it says "Whoops! Sorry, something went terribly wrong and you probably encountered a bug. Please file a report." It won't let me play the game. A few years ago I was playing with this account on an iMac. It crashed for good and I got my own Laptop. I'm trying to use the same account so I don't have to buy it again. I hope that's not part of the problem.

how did it fixed itself? did you do something?

I have the same problem.. did u do something or did u just wait and then suddenly it fixed itself?

Same problem here too. Tried turning it off and on again but didn't help.

I just closed out the Minecraft launcher and opened it again. It loaded for a second and then opened up like it was supposed to.
Never mind! It fixed itself!
