[MCL-19374] wont connect to services and says i dont own minecraft

in the launcher it says to play the demo although i own a copy of minecraft and wont let me connect to the services. it says "Oh no! Something went wrong, and we couldn't connect to the services. Try again" and nothing will fix it. i have good wifi so that isnt the issue

The connection problem is a technical issue, therefore please approach community support for assistance. As for the issue of not owning the game when you've already bought it, please see MCL-16570.
