Yesterday, i wanted to play minecraft with my friends, but the launcher says they couldn't connect to minecraft services. I'm playing this game like 5 years and never had issues like this. I'm sad cause I like to play the game. By the way, I tried everything I could.
I hope they will fix it soon.

This only happens on Windows 7 on a non-migrated account. If the account is migrated, there is no such error, there is also no error on Windows 10.

I have this problem too, in the past it was just closing and opening the launcher, but recently I just can't play anymore... it's really sad

I have windows 10 and my account is from microsoft, but the error appears anyway

jooie, Ask Community Support for technical assistance. You may refer to this report as MCL-19790.

So, i just moved my mojangaccount to microsoft, logged in with microsoft-account and the launcher works again.
But when i try to log in with amother mojangaccount, the launcher is offline again.
So, for me, the solution is to migrate ALL mojangaccounts to microsoft, and all the accounts i had access to from our ingame-clan are now lost.
thank you microsoft 😞
and thanks again, for NOT telling us officially that we have to move now and just leaving us with an error 😞

Thank you for your report!

Same here. What version of Windows are you running? I assume its Win7? Did you migrate from mojang to microsoft?
Waiting for a solution.
