At first login - to create name of acount- the program asked for a new profile. There is no option to change it arfter. Neither in microsoft acount, and reinstalation doesnt work too. That name apeers in Minecraft JAVA , bu it should be a name of microsoft accont.

You cant chancge the mincraft java game pass , becouse it is conected with microsoft acount . In Microsoft acount You can change only higher user TAG ( Misiakoo3655) , which doesnot apear in the JAVA edition in the game

Can you change your Java profile name with those steps?
1. Go to www.minecraft.net.
2. Sign-in with your Microsoft Account with GamePass.
3. Go to profile and look for 'Change' button next to 'Profile Name'.
4. Type-in your new profile name.
5. Click on 'Change Profile name'.
Can you change your GamerTag with those steps?
1. Go to www.Xbox.com.
2. Sign-in with your Microsoft Account with GamePass.
3. Go to 'Xbox Profile' and then 'Customize'.
4. Click on 'Pen' icon next to your GamerTag.
5. Type-in your new GamerTag and save it.

Oh, no! It doesn`t work in both cases . If I want ti change a game TAG , Microsoft ask me for Payment!
The name which aperas in a game it is not a PLAYER TAG - that`s a problem it is like a mojang Player name, which You couldnot change if You do not have a game JAVA.

Have you changed your GamerTag before? If so, to change it once again you have to pay (cost varies by region and currency). 3. I have put CezaryCZ name, only at the begining of instalation launcher , when it asked me of a player name.
I think after it i LOG in to game pass
4. I have tried to uninstall launcher , and install it once again but the subtitle name always apears under : image-2021-11-06-13-59-08-161.png
and stays on JAVA EDITION as a player name . As You can see : It is not the same as Misiakoo Microsoft acount.
The problem is that my daughter dont want to play with that name on the public servers 🙂 with my name.

I have to ask you to check again if you're 100% sure you're logged into the same account in Launcher and on minecraft.net website. We've tried to reproduce this several times on our side and every account that owns GamePass should be able to change their Minecraft Java Profile Name on minecraft.net.
Make sure you're logged with the same account with GamePass to MS Store and XboxApp.
From what you've send, account you are logged in on website does not have Minecraft Java entitlements.
You could also try downloading different Launcher (by using option download for Win7/8) from here [Download Minecraft | Minecraft.|https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download]
