When you close the message that tells you to review the Microsoft Store accounts logged onto your device, the launcher doesn't remember that you closed that message when you restart it. FYI, my Microsoft Store account is different from the account that I use for Xbox Live other game progress and for the Minecraft Launcher. (attached image)

However, this issue is Working as Intended.
You need to be logged in with the same account in Launcher, MS store and Xbox app for this message to disappear.
Users can only be logged with one account at a time in the new version of the Launcher, since it is connected to Xbox app and MS store.
